IMS expands CAFM team in Berlin

With Kathrin Dienel-Schultze the CAFM software manufacturer IMS its Berlin branch by a further CAFM Know-how. The 30-year-old studied Facility Management and building and infrastructure-management and comes from a senior position at Dr. Sasse.

Dienel-Schultze completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Building and Infrastructure Management at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences before going on to complete her Master of Science in Building and Infrastructure Management at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences and the Beuth University of Applied Sciences. The 30-year-old's professional career includes working for fm-one management services, BAM Immobilien-Dienstleistungen, Dr. Sasse Gebäudedienste and Dr. Sasse Facility Management, where she held management positions with budget and personnel responsibility.

With CAFM Dienel-Schultze has been involved with CAFM since she was a student: "My master's thesis examined the introduction of a CAFM system in the context of process management, and in the course of my professional activities I accompanied the introduction of a CAFM system," reports Dienel-Schultze and continues: "I am pleased that I can now contribute my experience and skills to IMS in the interest of our customers."
