IMSWARE.GO! - new version presented
to INservFM 2018, IMS presents the latest version of its CAFM-Cloud-solution: IMSWARE.GO! 2.0 has been significantly improved and expanded in many areas, including graphics, administration, in the area of modules and, last but not least, in terms of visual appearance for greater usability. A new CAD-The new core rounds off the increase in performance. With version 2.0 it is possible for the first time to use the CAFM system from IMS also completely over the Cloud Application IMSWARE.GO! to be administered. Within the scope of Maintenance and maintenance activities can be organised more easily using drag & drop, and deep links can also be integrated.
The new modules of IMSWARE.GO! include Conference Room Management, Complaint Management and Defect Management. The module Tenant management has been expanded to include functions for owner accounting. The Maps module has been greatly revised and offers new functions and expanded map material. In the graphics area, objects can now be jumped to directly, which helps to save a lot of time. The new CAD core also provides BIM-renderings even faster and more precisely.
Also new are the so-called live tiles. These function fields in the Microsoft Tile designs can be linked by the user to any content, function or action and stored directly on the screen. This makes working with the CAFM system much easier, faster and more individual.
The developers of IMS have also taken care of the look of IMSWARE.GO! and it has become even clearer and more attractive. The aim is to make the use of the cloud solution as intuitive as possible, as such solutions are increasingly being used by users without in-depth knowledge. FM- or CAFM knowledge can be operated. Among the innovations here are the relationship charts that visualise dependencies in the style of Visio.
"A lot has also happened in the background of the application," adds Michael Heinrichs, managing director of IMS. "In particular, we have focused on performance, as the increasing number of requests via mobile devices demands a constant increase in performance." To meet this, IMS has developed and implemented the new and flexible paging strategy.
The new IMSWARE.GO! 2.0 will be presented by IMS to the general public for the first time at the upcoming INservFM 2018. The trade fair will take place from 27 February to 1 March 2018 at the Frankfurt am Main exhibition grounds. IMS will be presenting at the trade fair for Facility Management and Industrial Service in Hall 11.0 on Stand A19.
