The RIB IMS GmbH, leading provider of CAFM software in DACH, has been able to recruit six trainees for the 2021 training year. Of these, two will be trained in new professions with a digital focus.
Hadrian Solbach Domingo starts an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for dates- and process analysis, a training course that has only been offered since 1 August 2020. The focus is on the development of data-based solutions for digital business and production processes.
Myna Marie Schäpers has chosen an apprenticeship as a digitalisation management assistant. This training is an updated version of the IT management assistant with new focal points. They include the development of IT solutions, support, ControllingIT security, data protection and the drafting of contracts. This training is correspondingly complex.
Paul Häußler, Paul Risse and Jonas Taube have decided to train as IT specialists for application development. They will gradually be involved in the further development of the CAFM-solution iTWO fm be integrated.
Melina de Groodt will complete an apprenticeship in office communication and strengthen the back office of RIB IMS.
"We are very pleased that we have been able to recruit no less than six very talented young people as apprentices for our company," says Michael Heinrichs, Managing Director of RIB IMS, referring to the tight situation in the training market. "The fact that we are also training in two new occupational fields underlines that we, as part of the RIB group also provide very high-quality training in Dinslaken and in both traditional and new areas," Heinrichs emphasises.
All apprentices have their job on August 1st at the headquarters of RIB IMS started.
