A strong password is one that is long, complex and difficult to guess.

The average person has a hundred passwords, but only five of them are considered secure. Length is important in passwords, but length does not mean complexity. The most secure passwords are long strings of letters, numbers and symbols or special characters that are difficult to guess.

See also Two-factor authentication (2FA).
