Maintenance planning (budget)
The five-year capital plan should include an assessment of the condition of the assets to be included in the plan, an assessment of the corresponding repair needs for each asset and a Proforma included for future repair costs.
The CAFM-Proforma should be used to determine future maintenance needs. The CAFM proforma should include all the maintenance associated with the building during its lifetime. costs include the cost of repairing the building during its useful life.
